What we know about these apps
- DoorDash: yearly mileage emails go to eligible Dashers active in the US or Canada who drove by car with on-delivery miles. Not everyone receives one. The figures are estimates.
- Grubhub: earnings-file downloads are confirmed only in some markets; usable miles are unproven.
- Instacart: we have not confirmed a record that totals your driving. Send what you have and we will look.
- Roadie: records per-gig distance.
- Walmart Spark: does not provide a mileage summary.
- Amazon Flex, Shipt, Favor and Gopuff: are not known to give drivers records with miles. An upload is unlikely to help, but you can send what you have.
The three possible answers
- We can rebuild it now.
- We can use part of it and will say what is missing.
- Your app gives you nothing with miles in it.
These are possible answers, not a promise of a result. A person needs to look at your records.
Browser access ends 30 days after sending your records. If 30 days pass before an answer, your files stay saved. Ask through Help with your recovery code and contact; the person running the test can reconnect you. No answer or timeline is promised.
